As a subscriber, you agree to:

• Pay monthly subscription fees promptly and in full
• Attend scheduled consultations or provide reasonable notice of cancellation
• Respect the professional nature of our advisory relationship

You may not use our service for:

• Any unlawful or fraudulent activities
• Attempting to circumvent payment obligations
• Sharing your subscription access with unauthorized parties
• Any purpose that violates professional advisory standards

All content provided through our service remains our intellectual property and is protected by copyright law.

We grant you a limited, personal license to use our services for their intended purpose only.

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

The following payment terms apply:

• Monthly subscription fee of $250 is due in advance
• Payments are processed automatically unless cancelled with 30 days notice
• All fees include GST and are non-refundable except as required by law

Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our service.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of our service or breach of these terms.

Disputes are resolved through Australian courts or approved alternative dispute resolution processes.

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice.

Upon termination, access to consultations ceases but existing obligations remain in force.

We may modify these terms with reasonable notice to subscribers.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in full effect.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between the parties.
